CROWN POINT, INDIANA – In the past week, Jennifer-Ruth Green has secured the endorsement of Indiana Right to Life PAC and Susan B. Anthony List’s Candidate Fund PAC as the pro-life champion in the race for Indiana 1st Congressional District:

“I am proud to have the endorsement of Indiana Right to Life and Susan B. Anthony List. I look forward to standing with the pro-life movement to advance pro-life laws to protect women and their unborn babies from abortion,” Jennifer-Ruth Green said. “In Congress, I will be a voice for pro-life policies, starting with eliminating late-term abortion and ensuring taxpayers are not forced to pay for abortion.”

IRTL PAC chairman Mike Fichter issued this statement in making the endorsement:

We are proud to endorse Jennifer-Ruth Green as the pro-life candidate we know can win this district race in the fall. Jennifer-Ruth will be a champion for unborn babies and their moms, and will work hard as a member of Congress to restore common sense protection for all life. We urge members of Northwest Indiana’s pro-life community to rally behind Jennifer-Ruth by giving her their full support in financial giving and volunteer hours. We need a leader like Jennifer-Ruth in Congress.”

Hon. Marilyn Musgrave, SBA List’s vice president of government affairs said:

Jennifer-Ruth Green is a strong, battle-proven pro-life leader and we are excited to endorse her for Congress. For too long, northwest Indiana has lacked a voice in Congress to speak out for commonsense abortion limits that the overwhelming majority of Americans want. Instead, their elected officials vote in lockstep with Nancy Pelosi and the radical abortion lobby – even refusing to pass limits on late-term abortions well after science shows unborn children can feel pain. Time after time Hoosiers have rejected this extreme agenda at the state level and they deserve better. Jennifer-Ruth is a trailblazer who has dedicated her entire career to serving her community, her country, and vulnerable young people. In Washington she will be a bold advocate for unborn children and their mothers, compassionate and unflinchingly principled. We encourage all voters of the 1st District to get out and support her in the primary on May 3.”

Conservative Republican Jennifer-Ruth Green has served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years, 12 years of active duty and currently serves in the U.S. Air Force Reserve Component, Indiana Air National Guard, as chief information officer/commander, 122d Communications Flight – the first African-American or Asian woman in the history of the Fighter Wing selected to serve in this position. She is an FAA certified flight instructor, a commercial pilot, and one of fewer than 150 African-American professional female pilots in the nation. She is the founder of MissionAero Pipeline, a nonprofit reaching at-risk youth by introducing them to STEM careers and the aerospace industry. She lives in Crown Point, Indiana and is a proud aunt to 15 nieces and nephews. Learn more at
